Survey about the use of CFD and tenability criteria in Fire and Smoke Modelling

I am pleased to launch this Survey about the use of CFD and tenability criteria in Fire and Smoke Modelling, the first step of a joint international research among Instytut Techniki Budowlanej, Szkoła Główna Służby Pożarniczej w Warszawie, Forschungszentrum Jülich, Bergische Universität Wuppertal, Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and JVVA. The aim of this survey is to improve knowledge about the use of #CFD and tenability criteria in life safety/ASET-RSET analyses. Gathered data will help to improve our understanding of common tasks and workflows of practicing fire engineers across the world. The analysis of the obtained results will allow us to show the most common approaches, identify discrepancies and assess their impact on the results of the fire safety analyses.
